Overview Private Branch Exchange(PBX) Technician (MCCONN-2026-24817): Bowhead seeks a skilled Private Branch Exchange(PBX) Technician to support mission-critical Base Telecommunications System (BTS) operations at McConnell Air Force Base. The Private Branch Exchange(PBX) Technicianprovides advanced technical support for the operation, maintenance, and sustainment of inside and outside plant telecommunications infrastructure, including copper, fiber optic, and voice systems. The Private Branch Exchange(PBX) Technician will support Avaya voice switching systems and associated telephony equipment while ensuring secure, reliable communications in compliance with Department of Defense and Air Force requirements. This role requires a DoD-compliant IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+) and the ability to respond to outages, perform preventive maintenance, and execute work orders supporting 24/7 operational readiness.
