Hourly Pay Range: $18.38 - $26.65 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Position: Patient Service Representative (PSR) - Ortho/Podiatry Location: Plainfield and Warrenville, IL: Full Time: 40 hours a week Office Hours: Varies Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM. No Holiday Eves, On-Call, or Rotating Weekends. Required Travel: To other offices to support Providers. All PSR's in Ortho have primary and secondary locations and are expected to rotate to other Ortho locations as needed for coverage. TRAVEL IS FREQUENT AND WEEKLY. What you will do: Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, provides front desk coverage. This includes the following: Answers incoming calls, schedules appointments, greets/check out patients, registers new patients in EPIC, schedules laboratory and off-site diagnostic tests requested by physician, verifies insurance eligibility and interprets covered benefits.
