Your Role: We are looking for a mid/senior Scrum Master to act as a facilitator and guardian of agile principles within our teams. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in agile environments, the ability to remove impediments, promote continuous improvement, and support multidisciplinary teams in delivering high‑value products. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the team understands and applies Scrum principles and other agile practices. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective).
