POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible to manage, coordinate, follow and continuously develop all RCL Newbuilding Deck and Bridge discipline areas, including Open Decks. The Superintendent is also responsible to create and follow up program for the Newbuilding design, inspection and approval processes and responsible to communicate and share the ongoing activities and information with RCL Fleet vessels. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Follow up of deck, hull outfitting design related items 2. Bridge design and continous development related items 3. Coating / Anti-corrosive protection, specification related items 4. Approval of deck and bridge equipment related items 5. Reviewing of ship specification parts under the responsibility 6.
