ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Essential functions are duties, which are essential or primary to the position or the reason the position exists. An individual must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Provides transportation services to clients utilizing the agency van or other designated vehicle. Maintain necessary documentation related to transportations services in a neat and timely manner. Schedule vehicle maintenance and maintain necessary documentation related to vehicle maintenance according to agency policy and procedure. Provide input regarding transportation scheduling.
