Reports to: Clinical Director: Location: Raleigh, NC Overview: The BCBA Consultant plays a pivotal role in delivering quality ABA services to children with autism, ensuring client progress, adherence to treatment plans, and seamless collaboration with RBTs and BTs. This position directly contributes to our mission by maintaining client success, increasing billable hours, and supporting the clinical team in reaching the company’s strategic growth objectives. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Client Billable Hours : Maintain at least 80% client billable hours scheduled per week for all assigned cases (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound). POC Completion and Submissions : Complete and submit 100% of Plans of Care (POCs) at least 45 days before due date (Measurable, Time-bound). Supervision Rate Compliance : Ensure 10% supervision rate is met for all assigned clients monthly (Specific, Relevant, Time-bound). Responsibilities: Client Supervision and Data Oversight: Provide a minimum of 27 billable hours per week across assigned cases while maintaining 80% billable scheduled hours or higher for clients per week.
