Field Representative I – Fulfillment Position Summary The Field Representative I provides operational support within a fulfillment center, ensuring the efficient production, handling, and delivery of print and document services. This role operates high-volume printing and copying equipment, manages shipping and receiving activities, processes mail and fax services, maintains copier equipment, and supports a variety of facility and customer service functions. The position may also assist with bindery work, quality control, housekeeping, records management, reception, call center activities, and light facilities support. Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Operates high-volume production printing and copying equipment in a mechanically sophisticated environment, including binding and finishing tasks. - Sets up and runs all applications across assigned equipment. - Performs daily inspections of convenience copiers to ensure proper operation and print quality; clears paper jams and escalates technical issues to service technicians as needed. - Conducts repair and maintenance services on customer copier equipment. - Maintains accurate records for management reports, supply inventories, m...
