Job Description: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Technician Location: Slough, UK, with full-time on-site Salary: £43,000 - £52,000 (depending on knowledge & experience), annual bonus, benefits The role of a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Techinican is a working part of the HSE team, this will be a diverse role to support the factory in driving continuous improvement of safety and environmental performance and ensuring legal compliance for safety and environmental aspects. This role reports to the site HSE Manager. What would be your key responsibilities? Support development and deployment of HSE strategies and roadmap to deliver continued improvement to sites safety and environmental performance. Support and coach leadership, operations, technical and engineering teams to: Involvement in maintaining the Slough site’s health and safety and environmental management systems ensuring that it delivers business benefits, as well as continued accreditation to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and delivery of internal and external audit programs and corrective and preventative actions to address any non conformity.
