The role provides day-to-day technical oversight, strategic vision, leadership, and mentorship to the team and broader organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the daily activities of the project management team, acting as the main point of contact for clients regarding ICON’s Central Laboratories services. - Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical oversight to team members, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and process consistency across projects. - Represent ICON at Investigator Meetings and other client-facing engagements. - Implement protocol amendments and complete laboratory configurations. - Participate in audits, bid defenses, trial reconciliations, and other key p...
