Oversee environmental compliance programs across air, water, waste, wetlands, and remediation to meet regulatory and company standards. Manage departmental budgets (OPEX/CAPEX) and ensure alignment with operational and environmental goals. Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders regarding environmental issues and enforcement actions.
