Job Summary: This position will design and deliver technical training for station electricians. Oversee the design, development, implementation and delivery of high impact, cost effective technical education to provide employees with knowledge and skills required for current job responsibilities and advancement opportunities. Incorporate human performance concepts, safety, policies, procedures and common work practices into learning and training. Coordinate and conduct learning and training in collaboration with business unit management and corporate groups to meet organizational goals. Job Description: What you’ll do: - Directs the development, communication and implementation of a learning strategy by conducting learning/training needs assessments. Forecast, plan and analyze for learning and training needs based on demographics and staffing changes.
