Demand Planner

Job description

THE POSITION: The candidate will join the pharmaceutical industry in a very dynamic and challenging environment as a Demand Specialist. With this role, the candidate will be reporting to the Demand Manager within Supply Chain Management of Boehringer Ingelheim in Milan. Responsibilities: Requirements: - Planning of finished product orders based on the sales forecast. - Support to the Sales and Operation Process Governance. - Inventory management (stock level control, DOI, avoiding stock-out and surplus). - Accountability for Material Master Data Management for finished products. - Key contact person to Local and Global functions/teams. - Coordinate and support customs clearance process management for goods coming from extra-EU Countries. - Provide with weekly and monthly local/global reports (ie: stock coverage, out of stock tracking, Forecast Accuracy, Supply impact report, Back order, etc). - Local GRP and BIX@ coordinator, Logistic incident Management, Starter and Requester for planning SKU. - Monitor goods receipt at local 3PL warehouse and inbound process. - Strong interest in planning and logistics. - Good knowledge of MS Office and possibly SAP ERP, GRP, BIX@. - Preferred De...
