Job Summary: To provide administrative and coordination support to the Health and Safety officer, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Responsibilities: Administrative Support: - Maintain and update health and safety records, databases, and filing systems - Prepare and distribute H&S documentation, reports, and correspondence - Schedule meetings, training sessions, and site inspections - Take minutes at H&S meetings and track action items - Test fire alarms, lighting and extinguishers. - Check First aid box supplies.
