Position Summary: The Sales & Operations Accountant in a beverage manufacturing operation is responsible for managing, analyzing and reconciling all sales-related financial activities. This role ensures accurate revenue reporting, compliance with pricing structures and effective coordination between sales, operations and accounting teams. The Sales & Operations Accountant supports operational decision making by providing financial insights into sales performance, margins and customer profitability. Duties and Responsibilities: Sales Accounting & Revenue Management - Evaluate and validate sales orders, delivery notes, and proof of delivery. - Verify adherence to approved pricing strategies, promotional discounts, and volume-based incentives. - Reconcile and analyze sales and operational accounts, investigate variances, support collections efforts. - Review and interpret sales contract proposals and ensure customer pricing adherence to agreed upon sales contracts.
