Salary: £37,280 - £39,152 per annum Hours per week: 37 hours: Interview date: Tuesday 23 June 2026 We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Community Coordinator to join our Community Connecting/Intensive Travel Training team. We are looking for a dynamic line manager with a proven track record to lead and develop our Intensive Travel Training offer. Your role will focus on developing and line managing the Post 16 travel training provision, this is bespoke, sustainable travel training to and from a young person’s place of education. This will involve working with young people with disabilities, parents, and support networks, liaising with schools, colleges, Wiltshire Council’s passenger transport team, SEND transport team and other professionals to ensure seamless support is provided. This will also involve developing future pathways on engagement and identifying cohorts of young people to progress their independent travel in line with Wiltshire Councils SEND Transport Policy.
