Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Site Superintendent (SS) to serve as the on-site leader for environmental remediation and residential earthmoving projects across multiple locations. This is a high-travel role (approximately 90%), with assignments typically ranging from 2 weeks to 2 months in duration. The Site Superintendent is the primary on-site point of contact responsible for overseeing all project work and must remain on-site throughout active construction operations. This role requires strong field leadership, experience in hazardous waste cleanup oversight, and the ability to operate effectively across varying regulatory environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing residential earthmoving operations and supervising hazardous waste cleanup personnel while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
