Patient Services Assistants play a vital role in supporting both front and back-office operations at the Center for Health and Prevention Reproductive Healthcare Clinics. They help ensure smooth clinic flow, maintain accurate medical records, input data into the Practice Management System/Electronic Health Records (PMS/EHR), and provide client education. These assistants adhere to all federal, state, and grant requirements while upholding CAPSLO’s mission. Their responsibilities include assisting with patient registration, offering respectful and compassionate service, and helping ensure clients are seen by medical providers in a timely manner. What you bring to the table: - Level I: Must possess a Medical Assistant (MA) certificate, Certified Nurse’s Assistant certificate (CNA) or onsite training. 6 months of front or back-office experience in a medical practice desired.
