Job Title: Senior Boiler/Chiller Specialist Reporting Relationship: Director of Mechanical Systems Unit: Central Administration: Department: Facilities Management: Campus Location: Maintenance Building - Marion, IN Summary of Position: The primary responsibilities of the Senior Boiler/Chiller Specialist are: Perform/supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of boiler and chillers systems and other HVAC equipment as required; Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance; Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with boiler and chiller systems, identifying and implementing effective solutions; Perform repairs and replacements of components as needed, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards; Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance schedules, service reports, and parts inventory; Collaborate/train with other team members to coordinate and prioritize service requests; and Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
