About the Role: Montecito Bank & Trust is seeking a full-time Accounting Manager to join the team in our Finance department. As an Accounting Manager, you will deliver a World Class Experience by being a key member of the Finance team and providing high-level support to the Controller and Assistant Controller. This position will be responsible for preparing financial reports, processing general ledger entries, leading the accounts payable function, and supervising Finance associates.
