JOIN OUR TEAM: As an Intern in Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding , you’ll support us in finding the future talent for Westwing. From day one, you’ll dive into the full recruitment lifecycle: shaping our employer brand, mastering active sourcing, and ensuring an exceptional candidate journey. Working cross-functionally across all departments, you’ll play a key role in bringing the best talent to Westwing. This position is limited to 6 months and based in Munich . Ideally, you are available to join us as soon as possible . WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Coordinate and support the end-to-end hiring process for permanent roles, internships, and working student positions, including screening, scheduling, and offer communication - Manage candidate communications and ensure a smooth, premium experience throughout every touchpoint - Draft and post job descriptions, manage pipelines, and support active sourcing projects for high-priority roles - Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team members to support strategic hiring initiatives - Assist in driving employer branding efforts across our channels, contributing ideas and content to help Westwing stand out to top talent - Help id...
