The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Store & Receiving Clerk to support all aspects of the hotel’s Purchasing function. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to grow and advance your career within Australia’s first Luxury Collection Hotel. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and stage merchandise by department, ensuring accurate labelling and timely delivery - Stack and organise incoming goods appropriately - Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies - Monitor stock levels and notify management of shortages in a timely manner - Receive deliveries, store perishables correctly, and maintain proper stock rotation - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of refrigerators, freezers, floors, food equipment, and storag...
