Job description

Job Summary The Bar Service’s (Counter) role is to provide “Guest First” service at all times, making the Guest the heart and passion of all they do. This includes friendly and timely interaction with Guests and Team Members, suggestive selling, answering questions, taking and delivering the Guests’ Beverage order, and ensuring each Guest is made to feel welcome at all times. Key Performance Elements/Essential Functions: Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: - To know and follow posted schedule and strict adherence to posted clock in/out time - Timely and courteous service to Willie’s guests at the counter as well as throughout the restaurant - Thorough knowledge of menu items, wines, beers, and cocktails - Adherence to company, state, and county sanitation standards - Maintains a clean and organized workstation - Maintains friendly, helpful, positive attitude - Knows and follows Willie’s operating policies - Adheres to Willie’s steps of service - Welcomes and greets Guests following established service guidelines - Ready and willing to assist fellow Team Members in meeting Guest needs - Answers questions and makes recommendation...
