About the Role Sterling Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Civil QLD division. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day civil construction activities across road, drainage, and infrastructure projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Working closely with Project Managers, site crews, subcontractors, and clients, you will play a key role in driving productivity, maintaining compliance with DTMR specifications, and promoting a strong safety and quality culture across site operations. Key Responsibilities and Duties: - Supervise daily site operations, subcontractors, plant, and construction activities. - Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications, drawings, and company procedures. - Lead site safety initiatives including toolbox talks, pre-starts, hazard management, and compliance with WHS requirements. - Coordinate traffic management, construction staging, and material movements to maximise productivity and minimise risk. - Monitor project progress, production targets, and workforce performance, implementing corrective actions where required. - Maintain s...
