Senior, Financial Controller

Job description

- Leading the financial controlling processes for two companies located in Ankara and İstanbul, ensuring consistent quality and alignment of reporting. - Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and KPI reports for both solo and consolidated results. - Performing detailed variance analyses (actual vs. budget vs. forecast) and providing clear, actionable insights. - Providing guidance, on-the-job coaching, and knowledge sharing to junior team members within the controlling team. - Supporting the Financial Controlling Manager in workload distribution, process ownership, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Serving as the primary contact for external and internal audit processes for both companies. - Challenging and supporting cross-functional departments in setting realistic, data-driven assumptions. - Leading the preparation of financial plans, annual budgets, forecasts, and mid-term plans. - Ensuring alignment with Group Accounting policies and local statutory requirements. - Producing ad hoc analyses, reports, and presentations as requested by top management. - Collaborating with other functions to gather financial data, analyze results, and enhance re...
