The Opportunity The Clinical Affairs Associate Manager will partner closely with Product Development and R&D to assist with designing and implementing comprehensive testing plans to validate new ingredients/technologies during early development all the way through final clinicals to validate product performance and safety. The Clinical Affairs Associate Manager will be instrumental in translating data and research into novel and consumer relevant claims. Duties and Responsibilities - Design and manage in-vitro and ex-vivo testing strategies to evaluate new ingredients/technologies and prototype formulas vs benchmarks that support the overall product and claims testing strategy. - Manage all aspects of study execution with external research partners including but not limited to protocol development, drafting questionnaires, preparing IRB documentation, labeling and shipping samples, managing purchase orders and contracts. - Establish test plans with clearly defined objectives and success criteria to ensure all research supports the product pipeline and helps drive innovation. - Help shape business strategy through thoughtful data collection/analysis and insightful observations. - Ma...
