Schedule: - Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM - No weekends or on-call requirements Territory: - North Broadway, Cleveland Agency: - Southwest General Home Health Summary: The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) provides comprehensive skilled services under the direction of a Physical Therapist. This role includes educating patients and their families while ensuring patient safety. The PTA is responsible for accurate documentation and compliance with all legal rules and regulations. The company follows the physical therapy scope of practice as defined by the state for licensed PTA personnel.
