Join our team Banking: Loan Manager (m/f/d): Key Responsibilities: - As part of the bank's middle office, the role constitutes a key interface function between transaction teams in the front office and the back office of the bank - You support the transaction execution director in closing procedures, including review of draft loan documentation with regards to administrative & booking matters - You support syndication activities, i.e. draft and finalize standard LMA documents (e.g. transfer certificates, assignment agreements and pricing letters) - For a portfolio of structured intern...
