Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program or project management. - Experience managing programs and processes across distributed systems. - Experience with server, rack, or advanced electronics manufacturing. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field. - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience with leading or collaborating with strong influence for product launch and process optimization. - Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization and experience leading cross functional process improvements, using strong problem-solving and communication/facilitation skills.
