POSITION SUMMARY: The Maintenance Technician performs skilled maintenance and repair services of facility systems such as mechanical, electrical, and building systems. The primary emphasis for this position is the performance of a variety of maintenance tasks, with varying degrees of skill trades. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Performs preventive maintenance tasks on all equipment. - Fabricates metal structures through cutting and welding. - Repairs and keeps physical structures maintained using hand tools and power tools. - Observes safety precautions, rules, and regulations. - Installs and repairs hydraulic equipment, values and cylinders. - Inspects, tests, repairs machinery, equipment and facility. - Installs and repairs electrical equipment, transformer and wiring. - Installs and repairs pneumatic equipment, values and cylinders. - Additional duties as assigned. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: - High School Diploma and/or Associate’s Degree or equivalent from technical college in related field - 3+ years of previous maintenance experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience - Basic degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Int...
