Division : Process Equipment Location: Jefferson Hills, PA Reports to : Operations Manager – PED Overview of the Role: The CNC Shop Supervisor is responsible for hands‑on machining and day‑to‑da y supervision of the shop to ensure quality, efficiency, and on‑time delivery. This role will set up and operate CNC equipment —including Haas Automation TL‑1 CNC lathe, VF‑4 CNC mill, and the plasma table—while providing leadership, training, and workflow coordination for the team. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment, including Haas TL‑1 lathe, VF‑4 mill, and plasma table - Supervise shop personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production - Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs; use Haas Visual Part Programming for simple operations and Mastercam for more complex operations - Plan, prioritize, and manage workflow to support production schedules and on time delivery - Provide technical leadership, training, and troubleshooting support to the team - Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure timely availability of materials, tooling, and department supplies - Enforce work instructions, safety requirements, company policies, and 6S methodol...
