We are looking for a full time Physician Recruiter to join our team of a Director and Recruitment Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team that is implementing new processes and standardizing procedures across the organization. Once trained, this position will have a flexible hybrid work schedule of working in office and at home. The Physician Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts for physicians within Albany Med. This role partners closely with the Director of Physician Recruitment and department leadership to understand hiring needs, create effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
