Working Student – Data Governance Coordination & Enablement (m/f/x) - Location: ​Hamburg, Norderstedt - tesa Headquarter - Entry as: limited to max. 18 months - Work Area: Digital & IT, Research and Development What you will do: - Support the Data Governance Lead in preparing, running, and following up on Data Governance Board and Focus Group meetings - Prepare meeting materials (agendas, PowerPoint slides, decision templates) and document outcomes, actions, and decisions - Coordinate follow‑ups and ensure governance decisions are consistently implemented across domains - Act as a first point of contact for Data Experts on governance‑related topics (processes, templates, onboarding) - Support the setup and continuous improvement of data governance structures, including domains, roles, cadences, and escalation paths - Assist with data catalog and metadata initiatives, including dataset inventory, documentation, and metadata completeness - Assist with data cleansing activities and database updates as required, in coordination with Data Experts and domain teams - Contribute to the development and implementation of data management procedures and best practices - Monitor, document, and...
