About the Opportunity JOB SUMMARY: The Career Advisor provides comprehensive, learner-centered career services to undergraduate students, graduate students, and alumni across Northeastern’s global network. This role integrates individual counseling, experiential learning design, and strategic programming to support learners in designing meaningful career pathways. The Career Advisor will manage one or more industry-focused career communities (e.g., law, healthcare, business, technology, social impact, etc.) and develop and deliver targeted programming and resources aligned with labor market trends and students interests. Depending on background, experience or interest, the advisor may provide specialized coaching in areas such as graduate or law school preparation. A key component of this role includes designing and delivering experiential learning initiatives — including industry treks and other immersive programs — to prepare students for success in the workplace.
