Field Service Engineer – Pais Vasco, Spain Our field service engineers are instrumental in providing first class customer experience when repairing and maintaining our products on customer sites. We have a great opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join our team in Spain. In this role you will be covering our Breast and Skeletal Health medical imaging and Diagnostics equipment primarily across Basque Country, Navarra, Cantabria and Burgos. To service the territory successfully you will be based around Bilbao area ideally. We're looking for people who have engineering experience (electrical/mechanical) preferably from within a medical device background, are happy to be in the field travelling to support our customers and who love troubleshooting and finding solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Carry out maintenance and repair work on Hologic products Install instruments at customer sites: Liaise with customer IT departments and assist with information systems installations and troubleshooting Support marketing activities such as exhibitions Routinely complete administrative work, such as but not limited to: Time Reports, Expense Reports, Equipment Site Assessments, Inventory Repo...
