Technical Product Manager

What’s the role? This is not a traditional PM role. We don’t spend cycles trying to nudge a metric towards an arbitrary business goal. A majority of the work here involves building innovative, 0-to-1 products at a high velocity. You will work side-by-side with engineers and designers as a unified team of builders. Our TPMs don’t merely facilitate or orchestrate the work—they are hands-on, always, even when it involves unfamiliar territory. Bilt has ambitious strategic goals and your job is to own the products that achieve those goals by figuring out how to build them in the fastest, most scalable way, all while maintaining a high degree of quality.
