Job Overview The Warehouse Delivery Associate role supports the branch by preparing and completing daily deliveries and managing stock within the warehouse . This role anticipates the needs of the business and customer s , while managing the ir day-to-day workload . This role will be knowledgeable on warehouse operations , completing daily deliveries and best practices of excellent customer service. This role is responsible for maximizing results by ensuring products are properly stored , pulled and delivered to customers. Responsibilities and Duties - Deliver Products - Pull , pack and prepare orders for customer pick up or delivery . - Ensure all parts are accurately checked against invoices and delivery paperwork. Complete customer deliveries and core and return pick-ups. - Collect customer payments , signatures and proper documentation when required . - Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance needs to management . - Warehouse Support - Assist with inventory processing of incoming and outgoing stock in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system . - Organize and label stock and maintain inventory levels by reporting shortage or discrepancies to management. - As...
