The Production Team Lead is a full-time, ON-SITE, Rotterdam, NY hands-on, working leader who balances direct participation in daily production activities with on-floor supervision of manufacturing and fulfillment operations. This role is expected to personally perform production work while leading, coaching, and directing the team to meet safety, quality, and throughput objectives. Serving as the primary on-floor decision-maker and escalation point in the absence of the Director of Manufacturing & Fulfillment, this position ensures continuity of operations through active, lead-by-example engagement on the production floor.
