Job Description: Lead Detail Technician – Job Responsibilities: Lead the detailing team in daily operations, ensuring vehicles meet company quality standards and deadlines. Collaborate with the Detail Supervisor to coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and support team performance. Maintain quality control by inspecting completed work and providing coaching or guidance as needed. Reject Vehicles not meeting standards and return to detail shop for redo.
