Job Summary: The Regional Fabrication Manager - Hydronics is responsible for the strategic oversight of operations, planning, and personnel management for all hydronic fabrication services within an assigned region. This role provides high-level leadership, ensuring that fabrication execution aligns with the business’s performance, quality, and safety standards. A typical day involves collaborating with sales and field leadership to optimize material flow, auditing regional shop performance metrics, and mentoring leadership teams to ensure scalable growth and operational excellence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Operations Oversight: Own end-to-end hydronics fabrication operations across assigned regional shops, maintaining full accountability for safety, quality, and delivery outcomes.
