Purpose Leads the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling for North America Sports Marketing. Key strategic business partner to the Sports Marketing VP and his organization. Ensures integrity and transparency of performance measurements against plans to assure financial and non-financial targets are achieved. Key contributor in developing and quantifying long-term Sports Marketing portfolio objectives. Key Accountabilities: Key Relationships : Local and global Finance, Sports Marketing, Operations, Accounting, Business Strategy, External Partners - Responsible for all planning, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling of Sports Marketing financial performance. Works closely with Sports Marketing leadership, director(s) and business partners, as well as cross-functional partners in finance, accounting, and internal controls, to execute on this front. - Collaborates with Sports Marketing Directors and VP on strategic projects to address business risks and opportunities and to influence the outcome. - Leads all financial aspects of NAM Sports Marketing contracts and maintains contracts in PMT (internal) database. - Proactively identifies and manages risks and opport...
