CRM & Customer Engagement Team (DIGITAL EUROPE) deploys all CHANEL’s CRM Campaigns over Europe and is responsible for creating a holistic view of the customer journey, ensuring that all customer touchpoints are optimized for satisfaction and engagement. Within this team, you will work closely with CRM, marketing, sales and customer experience teams to deliver personalized campaigns that align with CHANEL’s overall CRM strategy through our 3 activities (Fragrance & Beauty, Watches & Fine Jewelry, Fashion). CRM Campaign Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing 3 activities’ Marketing Plan deploying and analyzing CRM campaigns to acquire new customers, retain existing ones, and drive revenue growth.
