The University of Tennessee Foundation, Inc (UTFI) invites applications and nominations to fill the position of Advisor for Portfolio Strategy and Solutions. Reporting to the Director of Portfolio Strategy and Solutions, the Advisor for Portfolio Strategy and Solutions is responsible for catalyzing the production of the Development team through a solutions-focused advisory approach that is collaborative, professionalized, and strategic. The purpose of this position is to serve as the Prospect Development team's primary point of contact for assigned Development unit leaders. Seeking to understand the unique needs of each Development unit leader, Advisors ensure their efforts are focused on enhancing the strategic capacity of unit leaders—especially as it relates to planning and coaching teams of Development Officers.
