About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced and detail-driven Payroll Manager to take ownership of payroll across El Jannah’s corporate team and company-operated restaurants. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, with a close working relationship with HR, this role is critical to ensuring payroll is accurate, compliant and delivered on time across a growing and complex business. This role involves more than just processing payroll. You’ll act as the subject matter expert, lead improvements in systems and processes, support audits and compliance, and provide trusted advice to internal stakeholders.
