Job Summary: Technical specialist and primary customer support contact to diagnose and execute complex repairs to generators and components at the customer’s site. We are looking for a talented Field Service Power Generation Technician/ Mechanic to join our Distribution Business in (Avondale, AZ). We offer up to $9000 sign on bonus, relocation, competitive pay and benefits! In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Completing repair activities on generators or components - Engaging with customers in a courteous and professional manner - Perform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic tools - Maintain detailed records of service - Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies - Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins products - Maintain own tools In order to be successful in this role you will need the following: - Broad mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance abilities. - High Voltage / Low Voltage experience. - Advanced experience with electrical repair and maintenance - Proficient Diesel Engine experience. - Advanced troubleshooting and repairs of generators, transfer switches, and auxiliary components. - Setup, tr...
