Applicants must reside in Pennsylvania to be considered for this position. On‑Site Training: This role requires 12–14 weeks of on‑site training at the following location: 1001 Oakdale Road, Oakdale, PA 15071 Support the clinical management and order setup of specialty patients under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Ensure accurate coordination of patient deliveries and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate with patients, caregivers, and medical staff to coordinate home and office deliveries. - Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow-up as directed by a pharmacist. - Assist with onboarding new specialty patients and maintain accurate patient records. - Complete patient assessments and medication delivery setup under pharmacist supervision. - Provide copay information, process payments, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards. - Document all interactions accurately and maintain confidentiality. - Meet quality and productivity standards while delivering excellent service.
