Job description

Lead-General DC The DC General Lead role will support our Distribution Center and our employees. This role will be responsible for leading the activities of the various processes throughout the DC as assigned; focus areas could change daily based on business needs. The DC General Lead will support the Warehouse Operations Manager by prioritizing work efforts to support daily shift goals; managing the placement of resources, both personnel and materials; monitoring performance and accuracy; and training new employees on best practices.
