Service Center CSCS TX: Role and Responsibilities: Employee Relations: - Support programs to promote employee engagement, morale and a positive workplace culture - Provide confidential counseling and support to employees on work-related issues including performance management, conflict resolution, harassment and discrimination. - Collaborate with managers and HR partners to develop, document and follow up on corrective action plans to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations - Mediate and facilitate resolution of conflicts between teammates and managers. - Investigate allegations of discrimination, harassment, workplace misconduct and performance deficiencies - Conduct confidential interviews with employees and managers to gather information and understand concerns. - Escalate teammate relations events and concerns in accordance with company policy and guidance. - Maintain complete, accurate and confidential documentation of employee relations issues and investigations using Company approved processes, tools and templates.
