We're a small, fast-moving team and our product is live in dental practices today. If you've ever wished the front desk had better tools, we're building exactly that. The Role We're looking for someone with deep dental front office experience to help us make our AI phone system smarter and our insurance verification workflows tighter. This is not a traditional front desk role. You'll be helping us test and build software.Day to day, you'll: This role reports to our Product Manager. - Test and evaluate our AI phone agent — listen to recorded calls, run live test scenarios, verify that appointments are booked correctly in the PMS, and document issues when the AI gets something wrong - Be our dental domain expert — catch things only someone with real front desk experience would notice (wrong appointment types, bad scheduling logic,...
