Job Description: Main responsibilities will include: - Lead packaging process development from concept through market launch to meet business objectives, applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize new and existing processes. - Partner with R&D teams to ensure product manufacturability , using Design for Manufacturing and Assembly methodologies to identify potential failure modes early and achieve optimal production cost and performance. - Contribute as part of Global Integrated Engineering teams , collaborating with multi-functional engineering groups and supporting the development of machine and process specifications. - Drive cost reduction and process improvement initiatives , leading hands‑on resolution of packa...
