This role blends technical field support, customer engagement, and business development, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, solving real-world problems, and identifying opportunities to grow capability. Reporting to the Lead Field Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service while helping expand Silentium Defence’s global footprint. You’ll represent the organisation at customer sites, demonstrations, and industry events, ensuring our systems perform reliably and our customers remain confident in our solutions. This is a highly visible, hands-on role that offers variety, travel, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
